About Us

We at Immanuel Lutheran welcome Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, and Asexual (LGBTQIA+) persons into our fellowship and to the Eucharistic table with true equality and affirmation and at all levels of congregational life.

Because we believe that God’s grace is truly amazing, we are committed to welcoming all people to this place. No matter where you come from, no matter what age, race, socio-economic, family, or immigration status, no matter your gender identity, gender expression, or sexual orientation, you are welcome here.

As church, we are called to confess the sin of racism, condemn the ideology of white supremacy, and strive for racial justice and peace.

We at Immanuel were proud to become a RIC congregation in 1996.
